Returns Policy

General Policy

 

Returns and exchange of artwork are acceptable at Linda Schaefer Art. We understand that art can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. We endeavour to represent the artwork to you as best as we can; however, differences in overall colour and texture of the artwork may vary. Returns and exchanges are permitted on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, you can contact us within 14 working days from the date of physical delivery at hello@lindaschaeferart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (or no later than 7 days following receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify, as appropriate, the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (for example, special orders or personalised items). Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The quickest way to exchange artwork is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
